Celebrations - CHILDREN'S WISHING WELL
Children’s Wishing Well (CWW) is a registered charity and IPC founded in 2002. We have won the Charity Transparency Awards accorded by MCCY from 2019 to 2023. We focus on supporting children and youth from low-income families, mainly through educational programmes and financial assistance. We reach out to over 1,000 beneficiaries each year via 2 full-service centres, 8 community sites, and collaborations with other charitable organisations. We depend solely on donations from private organisations and members of public to fund our services, while keeping all our programmes and services 100% free of charge for the children and families. We believe that by providing the children with educational support and more equal opportunities, they will be able to maximise their potential and get out of the poverty trap.

Celebrations

Primary 6 Graduation Celebration

For our Primary 6 students, six years of dedication have led them to the completion of the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) and their graduation from primary school—a significant milestone that calls for a memorable celebration!

At Children’s Wishing Well, we strive to create an unforgettable experience for them. The celebration will begin with a buffet lunch at our centre, followed by an exciting outing to Universal Studios Singapore (USS). Visiting USS is a dream for many children, and we’re confident this will be an experience they’ll treasure.

We are seeking a corporate donor to sponsor this special event for our graduating students. Your generous contribution would cover the cost of the food, transport and USS tickets. This celebration is something our students eagerly anticipate, and we hope for your support to make it a reality.

Birthday Celebrations

Every month, we host a simple birthday celebration* amongst the staff and children on the last week of the month, at our centres. Our beneficiaries are from families who are struggling to make ends meet. Therefore, their caregivers may not be able to afford a birthday celebration for them. With the generous sponsorship of yummy cupcakes and birthday presents from our donors, our children truly enjoy a Happy Birthday!

*Birthday celebrations are conducted internally and are not open to visitors. Interested donors can reach click the button below to donate either cakes or gifts depending on the existing needs.
