Life Skills: Netball Workshop by NUS High School of Math and Science (19 and 20 November 2019) - CHILDREN'S WISHING WELL
Founded in 2002, we started as a help desk for latchkey kids. The Founder built a team that offered advice to students who seemed lost and lacked family support. Today, we provide a broad range of assistance. We offer monthly groceries, lunch pocket money and cooked dinners. Our signature program, Grant-A-Wish, helps needy students with necessities for education, health and basic living. We have thus provided spectacles, hearing aids, sports shoes or equipment, book vouchers and household items. Even fumigation services.

19th and 20th November 2019

Our children had a fun and enriching two day netball workshop on 19th-20th November at NUS High School of Math and Science, HUGE THANKS to the netball youths and teachers for organizing this workshop to teach and impart netball skills to the children, while having lots of fun in the games and competition! Thank you to the netball youths for their patience and efforts in encouraging and guiding our children. Though it was a short two day workshop, our children have learnt a lot, and everyone one of them have made significant improvements! Some of them were even rewarded with prizes to compliment their improvements and outstanding performances!
At the end of the two days, the only comment that the children had was that the workshop was too short, and they all wished for it to be longer!
