Life Skills: Photography by Apple - CHILDREN'S WISHING WELL
Founded in 2002, we started as a help desk for latchkey kids. The Founder built a team that offered advice to students who seemed lost and lacked family support. Today, we provide a broad range of assistance. We offer monthly groceries, lunch pocket money and cooked dinners. Our signature program, Grant-A-Wish, helps needy students with necessities for education, health and basic living. We have thus provided spectacles, hearing aids, sports shoes or equipment, book vouchers and household items. Even fumigation services.

17 Jan Life Skills: Photography by Apple

[Life Skills] 17 aspiring photographers from Tanglin Secondary School attended a very enriching Photography Workshop at Apple Orchard Road!

Taking photographs of inanimate objects, applying the “Rule of Thirds”, making panoramic shots, applying the finishing touches to their works, the students displayed much enthusiasm and lots of potential as they went through the different challenges put forth by the trainers.

At the end of the workshop, some of their masterpieces, among them a perfect panoramic shot, were displayed on the screen, earning affirmation and applause.

The huge smiles on the faces of the students said it all – that they had a fabulous time at Apple. Thank you Apple!
