Career GPS x Life Skills: Credit Suisse (14 August 2019) - CHILDREN'S WISHING WELL
Founded in 2002, we started as a help desk for latchkey kids. The Founder built a team that offered advice to students who seemed lost and lacked family support. Today, we provide a broad range of assistance. We offer monthly groceries, lunch pocket money and cooked dinners. Our signature program, Grant-A-Wish, helps needy students with necessities for education, health and basic living. We have thus provided spectacles, hearing aids, sports shoes or equipment, book vouchers and household items. Even fumigation services.

16 Sep Career GPS x Life Skills: Credit Suisse (14 August 2019)

[Career GPS x Life Skills]

Wednesday 14th August 2019

The meticulous planning by the team from Credit Suisse ensured that the 18 beneficiaries from Orchid Park Secondary School benefited greatly from an informative, engaging and impactful Career GPS x Life Skills session.

The DISC Personality Activity helped the beneficiaries to have a better understanding of themselves and how they could better relate to others.

The Panel Sharing by Jason Loo, Cindy Pratiwi and Henryk Abucewicz struck a chord with the beneficiaries as their life experiences were something the youths could identify with.

The final segment on “Building Your Professional Presence” by Mae Anderson aimed to sow the seeds of in these young lives.

We would like to thank Schalling Tan for emceeing the session so excellently; Jason, Cindy and Henryk for their open and honest sharing with the beneficiaries; Mae for engaging the youths with her thought-provoking training; and of course, Shayna and Krystal for piecing everything together with their detailed planning! Thank you, Credit Suisse!
